Diamond Peak Homes is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments. This role requires cleaning at our various facilities such as Diamond Peak Homes, Patriot Truss & Components, and Fricke's. Ideal candidate possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean environment
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Handle janitorial duties ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management
- Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment to achieve optimal results
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary
Requirements
- Previous janitorial/cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
- The minimum work week to consist of Monday-Friday
- Be tentative via phone on vacation in case of an emergency
- Attending weekly meetings as needed. If a meeting cannot be made a 24-hour notice will be needed
