Submit a Warranty Request

If you’re experiencing an issue with your home, we’re here to help. Please submit a warranty request using the link below with as much detail as possible, including photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and follow up promptly to ensure everything is resolved efficiently.

Accessing the Homeowner Portal

*All work requests must be submitted through the portal*

1. Navigate to the Portal

  • Navigate to diamondpeakhomes.com/warranty
  • Click on the "Warranty Request Portal" button to navigate to the portal.

2. Sign In

  • Make sure the blue button states "Vendor/Home Builder". If it doesn't, click on the button to switch.
  • Type in username and password and click "Sign in"

3. Using the Dashboard

  • This is your Dashboard, where you'll find a window similar to the one shown. From here, you can navigate the system and access all pertinent information (home, colors, selections, addendums, etc.).

4. Service Requests

  • Click "Click Here to Enter Service Request" to file a warranty request. Provide a detailed description for each issue, include a preferred service time (which a corridor will confirm), add any pictures, and click "Save".
